Cute little figure made of white jade and carved in the 18th century. The cat is holding a butterfly in its mouth which symbolizes a wish for a very long life. It is finely executed and was acquired in Hong Kong during in the late 1980's. Length 4.2 cm. Width 2.8 cm. Height 1.8 cm. Weight 26.8 grams.
