Belt hook in the shape of a peach - (5135)
[5135]

Belt hook carved in the shape of a peach which symbolizes a wish for a long life. The color of the jade can best be described as a 'snow storm' with countless white 'snow flakes' in the light greyish stone. The beautiful caramel-colored 'skin' has been left undecorated but the hook itself is formed by a charming animal face. Length 6.8 cm. Width 4.6 cm. Depth 1.5 cm. Weight 46.4 grams. The belt hook was acquired in 2012 and originally formed part of the collection of Mr. Rudolph Voll who bought a large number of small jades in Hong Kong during the 1970's.
