Burmese jadeite pendant shaped as a round disc with a freely revolving center in the shape of a Coin. The disc is surrounded by stylized Clouds and surmounted by a Dragon. Clouds symbolize the ‘Granting of all wishes’. The Coin represents ‘Wealth’ and the Dragon brings rain and therefore symbolizes Fertility and Abundance. We acquired this pendant in Singapore in 1985 which is also the period in which it was made. Length 4.9 cm. Width 4.3 cm. Thickness 0.8 cm.
