Very small pure white ‘lychee-flesh’ openwork jade ornament depicting a Lotus flower, symbol of Continuous Harmony. The rounded rim and the thickness of the jade place this small gem in the Ming period (1368 – 1644). Width 2.2 cm. Height 1.5 cm. Depth 0.34 cm.
