Bronze belt hook in the typical style of the Northern people in the Ordos region (Mongolia). It is decorated with two feline creatures biting each others tails. The crisply cast belt hook has a fine, enamel-like patina and dates from the Han period (206BC – 220AD). Length 9.6 cm. Width 4.1 cm.
