Small red shoushan-stone seal topped by a mythological creature called ‘Bixie’ looking to one side. It was a present given to us by our old friend antiques dealer mr Zhang in Shanghai in May2018. The seal dates from the 1970’s and has an inscription on one side. We have not yet figured out what the inscription or the seal print mean. Height 4.8 cm. Width 3.2 cm. Depth 3.2 cm. Weight 89.3 grams.
