Bonbon dish marked 'Zee Wo' and with an artisan workshop mark on the bottom as shown in close up on one of the last photos. Zee Wo (Shi Wo) lived and worked in Shanghai in the period 1870-1939. The bowl features a Lilly Pad theme with both the bowl and four ‘feet’ suggesting the veined lily Pad leaf. It has an ultra fine textured effect to its underside which is certainly as well finished as the upper basket. The dish came from Australia in 2010. Diameter 12 cm. Height 3.7 cm. Weight 100 grams.
