Flat bowl decorated with a flower design. The rim is pierced and chased and really of superb quality. The mark of the artisan who made the bowl reads 'Yun Qi' (雲麒) and it was sold via retailer 'Luen Wo' who owned a retail shop in Shanghai around 1900. The quality of the piercing and chasing is as good as it gets. The bowl entered our collection from England in 2009. Length 15 cm. Width 11.8 cm. Height 3.9 cm. Weight 114 grams.
