Silver hat ornament which depicts one of the Eight Immortals. The Immortal Zhongli Quan has his ‘trademark’, a fan, in his hand. Each Immortal can be identified by the attribute which he is holding (see Quick Find 7883). Zhongli Quan is standing on clouds which shows that he is an Immortal. The ornament which has a beautiful old black patina dates from the late Qing (1644 – 1912) to the early Republic period (1912 – 1947). Height 3.4 cm. Width 1.8 cm. Depth 0.2 cm.
