Small silver bell in the shape of a Bat (Blessings & Riches). The body of the bat is decorated with a circular Shou symbol (tuanshou) which means ‘May you have Longevity as well as Completeness (yuanman)’. The circular shape (yuan) symbolizes ‘Fulfillment’ or ‘Completeness’. Also depicted are two Coins which represent Wealth. The bell dates from the late Qing period (1644 – 1912). Width 3.5 cm. Height 2.1 cm. Depth 0.9 cm.
