Green glazed pottery ‘ear cup’ which derives its name from the ear-shaped handles. Ear cups were used for drinking warm wine during the Han dynasty. This one dates from that period (206BC – 220AD) and is in very good condition. Length 10.6 cm. Width 7.7 cm. Height 3.2 cm. THIS ITEM WAS SOLD AT AUCTION IN 2022.
