Pair of pottery soldiers dating from the 'Six dynasties' period (AD 220 - 589). They show traces of cold painting. They are wearing harnesses and helmets and each one is holding a large shield. Their right hands once held a wooden spear or halberd which has disintegrated long ago. Height 35 cm. THESE ITEMS WERE SOLD AT AUCTION IN 2022.
