Miniature green glazed pottery set of four saucers. Each one is marked on the bottom with a Swastika (Infinity). In contrast to the West, in China the swastika is a Good Luck symbol introduced from India with the arrival of Buddhism. The saucers date from the Ming period (1368 – 1644). Diameter at the rim 4.9 cm. Diameter at the base 3 cm. Height 1.5 cm. THESE ITEMS WERE SOLD AT AUCTION IN 2022.
